Brother Jacob® Brown is a surprisingly dry, dark beer that re-ferments in the bottle. It has a complex flavor palette
in which malts and hops dominate without, however, overpowering. The chocolate malty mouthfeel, creamy and rich head make for a firm finish with a slightly bitter note.
