Vlierbeek Grand Gru Abbey beer - Winner of the 2024 gold medal
A golden-blond abbey beer. A masterpiece of craftsmanship, this abbey beer stood out for its exceptional quality and rich, complex flavors. A wonderful reward and a nice prelude to celebrating the abbey’s 900th anniversary.
Brother Jacob Tripel - Winner of the bronze medal 2024
Our tripel beer enchanted the judges with its bold character and perfectly balanced taste. The Tripel category is perhaps the heaviest beer category with more than 90 entries. An award in this category counts triple.
The Brussels Beer Challenge aims to provide a snapshot of the global beer scene and survey breweries around the world. Launched in 2012, this competition has become one of the most respected beer events in the world. Each year, breweries of all sizes – from small craft producers to renowned international brands – participate, showcasing a wide variety of beer styles and brewing traditions.
